Swapped from iphone 13 pro max

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had an iphone for the last 4 generations, and always had some issues with the battery. So far the s23 ultra has held up pretty well. Comkng from iphone the operating system has been a bit harder to learn but overall great. Also love the camera! My wife and i have a hard time with RCS chat at times though. Havent found a fix yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best phone I ever had only issue was 1st phone screen cracked and needed to be replaced and I had to send my phone out and was without a phone for 2 days. I used phone for work so this was very inconvenient. As of right now in a few yrs I will buy another Samsung but if same issue happens again. Will have to reconsider

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it for daily use. From photos, to music, to games, it's the best phone to have. The camera on this is absolutely mind blowing. The detail with every shot and auto enhances the photo to make sure no matter what, you get a crisp.
The night mode is what's the most incredible feature. I've never been able to capture a photo in the dark without flushing it with flash or just too dark to pick up, not anymore. I get full lit photos, without flash, in far better detail than my own eyes. I've yet to discover what other improvements there are or added secrets, but this is the best phone I've ever owned.

Battery life made ot through a day and a half of consistent use (calls, music via Bluetooth headphones, social media and some videos recorded)
Call quality has been solid
One UI has some neat customization options for your individual contacts, wallpaper/lockscreen.
Phone does get warm with use and during charging.

Superb phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Galaxy Note series was my favorite and I was bumped when Samsung discontinued. But now S series is my favorite. I love the S Pen, I love the speed and performance of it, and camera and software improved very well. Only I wish Samsung kept the external drive slot but you can't get everything.
