Not as reliable my S10e

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poor, poor signal in exact location. Less than great general photos. Sure you can zoom in on the moon, but how often does the average human want to do that. NOT expandable, no easy switch of popping out micro SD from one device to next. Absolutely HATE this deficit. Typical warm samsung, so that's problematic. Slow charging WITH samsung product. Just an all around sad, disappointing expenditure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is a huge upgrade in every single way. The pros are unlimited. The only con which you can't avoid these days is the fact they removed the SD slot. Other than that this phone is amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Aside from the camera everything else is not what i expected, not even close. I still use my note 9 and there is little difference from the graphics in gaming and watching movies. Might be the note series was just that good and this new generation like the s23 ultra can't fit the boots. Camera is great but that is the only thing that had kept me from replacing it yet. I still have a more days before I can use my buyer remorse clause at the provider I got it from. The way some game overheat the s23 ultra battery is just shamefull. Not even my note 9 gets this hot.

I preferred my S21

Samsung phones are the best in my opinion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a disabled individual who usually spends all of my time at home and on my S23 Ultra. It's the best phone I have had so far from Samsung. It's fast and reliable and very easy to use and intuitive if you have used any of the Samsung phones in the past. It's secured by Knox and has added features like Samsung Pass which saves all of your apps and other passwords safe and secure. The screen and resolution are awesome. Every photograph is sharp clear and bursting with life like color and beauty. It can be connected with other Samsung devices and accessories which is something I find very useful to be able to seamlessly switch from device to device or connecting to other accessories. The battery life can last all day long if you put it into power saving mode. You can create modes and routines so you can enhance your experience with whatever needs you may have. Number 1 in software updates that are great quality and reliable. You definitely can't go wrong with this phone.

Flagship all the way!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very loyal to the Galaxy line for the last 10 years in the s23 ultra is by far the top it is super fast never ever has it lagged on me. I love the camera and iPhone users usually ask me to take photos with my phone because they notice the difference in quality of pictures. I love the S Pen especially on certain websites and secure sites where I can copy and paste text and pictures usually they are security protected. I also love going into the little messages and copying just maybe an address or a phone number with my S Pen to use it to be more productive. I am a digital nomad so I would not be able to live and function without this phone. I highly highly recommend it to someone that really needs it as a tool to enhance their livelihood. If I had one single complaint it would be that I wish the gorilla glass was was Stronger over the years I have cracked a few screens even though I've been very careful with my device. The Replacement Service is excellent but the hassle of moving all the data and the time to restore my phone is quite a hassle. Other than that I am the most satisfied customer that you could ever imagine!

Loss of external storage, big bummer. Lame Stylus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remember my first Samsung. It was the Note 3. Now, here I am, reviewing the S23 Ultra+ 20 or so years later, the features, name, the cameras have all changed, most all for the better, but the loss of external storage or SD card was the biggest disappointment. Although the loss of the IR blaster on the 8 or the 9 was also a huge let down.
One complication about owning a Samsung phone is where its purchased, depending on where you get it, it could be an unlocked Samsung, or network locked. The Samsung apps and app features can be restricted if you choose to purchase through your cell provider. Be aware that if you have insurance through your cell service and not through Samsung, regardless what assurion says, you will get a network locked phone if you submit a claim.
Sidenote, this review written w my stylus, and I am pretty disappointed if I'm being totally honest. I would have expected a lot more progress over the years on such a simple function. You should be able to have the same leve of auto-correct writing tools while using the stylus as you would with a keyboard. The stylus is extremely slow. To correct capitilazation on a single letter is actually very difficult. No double tap space bar to add a period. You have to stop writing on the screen when you get to the edge so it can catch up with you. Sometimes I wonder if the programmers use their own products because sure, features have been added over the years, but the same basic issues from the orignal still persist
