Love this phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been an Android fan. I just loved the customizability. I can set things how I want on my phone. I consume a decent amount of media, and Samsung displays are by far the best. Between that, and the One touch interface, and the fast update schedule, for me it was a no-brainer. With the newer versions, I also love the inclusion of the s pen. I use it way more than I thought I would.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the S23 ultra after insurance forced me to turn in my Z Fold 3 due to it breaking all the time. I got the phone 2 weeks later and have been using since then. So I have had no major hardware or device issues except everytime I pull the s pen out my phone says that it can not connect with the phone but pen still works. I find it annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from a Note 20 Ultra, that went missing under a 14ft dock, I wasn't really needing to upgrade, but have been pleasantly surprised. The battery seems to last all day, even with heavy usage; the first premium phones that I wasn't worried about plugging in every time I was close to a charger. The phone is speedy even with an app for every single restaurant, hotel, or business I frequent. Pictures and videos are what I've come to expect from Samsung - high quality. Overall, very pleased with the upgrade.
