Samsung does it again!!!

Taking beautiful high resolution photos of my family, my pets, sharing them on social media and with family, video calls to out of town family, managing all insurance needs and bills for my family, and relaxing playing mobile games. My phone is reliable, the technology is wonderful. I will never own another phone other than a Samsung. 10 years and going strong as a loyal Samsung customer!

Okay phone but not the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung Galaxy 23 ultra for work and every day use. It does what I need it to do, but that's about it
When using it, I find it's laggy and doesn't live up to other competitors. I have to restart it a couple times a day.
The screen size is nice and big which is a plus for me and I occasionally use the pen but it's a forgotten feature.
