[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Music playback used to be flawless but now it's distorted after few months of having the phone. Can't seem to get it to sound right regardless of music app ( Amazon Music, YouTube Music or Spotify) .
Call quality remains awesome which is puzzling to me given the Music.
Camera features are great especially the ability to erase objects. This makes taking pics of outdoor attractions fun and exciting! Love the variety of modes for snapshots of people, food and general items of interest.
The stylus is still my favorite for taking notes during sermons at church or in meetings at work etc. Easily translates my writing to text---Love That!!!
Overall LOVE the Samsung S series and have for years!! Looking forward to the next great thing from Samsung!!!

The best of the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What can I say, I've been a Galaxy user since the S3, every year, I would say to myself this Galaxy is the version that can't be out done and with version i was wrong. Then S9 came out and I was like yup this is it no way, inrefused to change it even with a shattered screen. Untill the S21 Ultra stole my heart and I just couldn't bring myself to change it no matter what... I resisted the S22 Ultra... until one day I held the the S23 Ulrra in my hands....
I now admit, as the flagship of Samsung this is not just phone, this is everything you need in a single device. I use it for work, I watch movies on it, play games on it, it's pretty much replaced my personal laptop with DeX... the screen, the pen, the keyboard... everything.

The pictures are lovely and the audio is crystal clear. I listen to a lot of music & it's a pleasure to hear it on this phone. I also love how I can text using my PC. The Phone link app is much tighter on this phone. Samsung has really upped their game.

A simply fantastic phone for all around use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The s23 ultra is a fantastic device for streaming, gaming and video calls. Battery life is exceptional and the super fast charging is very quick. I see a day plus with battery life with light use and 8 to 16 hours with streaming movies and video which is really good. Im a heavy phone user and this phone has all the features i need. The S pen is great and is very responsive. Battery life on the S pen is very good too. Screen is crisp and scrolling in any app is snappy and responsive. Overall woukd recommend for heavy users. One last thing video recording and picture quality is fantastic and one of the best if not the best out there.

The Product Could Be Better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Samsung S23 Ultra for a month now. I have the 512 GB storage option because there is no SD card option any longer. I miss that feature. I was able to transfer my apps AND data using the Samsung Smart Switch app, and also some of my applicable settings. That was unexpected. So far I have no complaints about the sound quality of the phone calls and the microphone and speaker have been pretty good. I have used the device to stream some programs and the picture quality was excellent. In fact it was better than my old Samsung S8+, but it should be considering the difference in newer technology. One feature of the S23 that many of the newer Galaxy class phones have, or rather DON'T have, is a physical 3mm audio jack for earbuds or earphones. That was a deal breaker for me because sometimes Bluetooth devices run out of power at the most inconvenient and inopportune times. Fortunately I discovered that I could purchase an adapter that plugs into the USB-C port of the phone and allow you to use physical earbuds! I purchased one and I am satisfied with it. The battery life has been phenomenal so far, but I am only a month in, so what do I know?
The camera was the biggest surprise of all. I was photographing a bright star in the sky and I discovered that the camera could go WAY beyond 8x zoom! This was in low light conditions and definitely a game changer. My only regret with this great phone is that an equally awesome user manual didn't come with it.

Awesome but too expensive
