A real powerhouse

Amazing phone!

Absolutely beautiful definition & clarity in picture quality! The OS is like any other galaxy, intuitive & easy to navigate. I fully recommend this new model to anyone.

Excellent phone overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I upgraded from my Note 20 Ultra to the S23 Ultra and it had me surprised. The s23 Ultra battery life is phenomenal compared to my Note 20 Ultra. I used to get home from work with my Note at 40-30% battery life and now I get home from work with the 23 Ultra at 70-60% battery life. That's with a metal/concrete building that hurts cell reception so I know the phone uses more battery trying to stay connected. Getting home with over half my battery still is awesome! (I know that may change as the battery ages but still much better optimized than my Note) The new sensor on the camera is pretty cool too. I have used the astrophotography mode from the expert raw tool and it is pretty cool to mess around with. The camera design on the back looks and nice and clean and doesn't leave a weird design imprint in my pocket like the Note 20 Ultra's camera square bump did. This is the most polished Samsung phone I have used so far and would say if you are coming from the s20 series or older the s23 series will be amazing! Don't just take my word for it though, go try it out in store or check out some comparison and review videos to see for yourself.

Premium Feel. Great Display

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got mine along with a watch that I use for exercising and everyday life. The first thing I want to talk about is its superb display and its curved screen. It might not be for everyone but this year's curved screen is better and it isnt too much. It feels great to watch movies and videos on thanks to that same screen along with its aspect and screen to body ratio.
The battery is one of the best if not the best since it may or may not overtake apple when it optimizes the battery after learning your usage pattern and all that. Even then, its already 2nd place in optimization and efficiency which is also thanks to SD 8 gen 2. I've seen sot of 8 hrs and 8 hrs idle with it along with having battery left. There's also a 12 hr and 3 hr idle once which speaks about its efficiency.
Its performance is superb and it can handle extensive games like COD, Genshin Impact (open world), Tower of Fantasy (open world) etc. It doesn't even get hot or throttles much (every phone throttles at extensive use at some point anyway). At most it only got a bit warm to touch coming from someone who played those games.
Overall it feels pretty good. The camera is great with features like zoom in, night mode thats improved, and astrophotography which feels fun to use and its control over what you can do with pro photo and raw photos as well. The S pen is a premium gimmick that's nice to use when you want to. It has air gestures and you can take pictures from afar with it.

The perfect phone for running my small business!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent the money on a flagship phone because my business and personal entertainment needs demand the very best performance a smartphone has to offer.
I own a small taxi company, and I run the entire thing through this phone. I play streaming music in the cab, while taking calls and transcribing customer information into my notes, while running GPS navigation in the background, while running a GPS-based taximeter app in the background, while copying/pasting the customer dispatch information into texts to my drivers, while connected to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously and running the phone's mobile hotspot.
I send and reply to emails with clients we provide contracted transportation for, I run credit card payments through Square and PayPal on this phone, I send invoices from the phone, and between all the work, when I have any downtime at all, it's my multimedia powerhouse. I'm on Facebook constantly, I watch Prime Video and HBO Max on it, I stop to snap incredibly hi-res photos of beautiful nature scenes that I come across... there is NOTHING I can't do on this beast!
