Absolute best if not for one thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, greatest device thus far. The camera is amazingly crisp. More features with the styles in addition to the old features. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stats is the fact that I lost 2 years of messaging that are vital to have and now I don't know what to do. I also have to re-enter my username and passwords even after I signed in and have consent to use biometrics to sign in. It's a love/ dislike relationship.

Wow! What a phone!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to update my current phone of 5 years to a new one and was a little overwhelmed with which one to get. I'm retired and really only use my phone for shopping, social media, phone calls, texts, pictures, traveling, but most importantly, I needed a reliable phone since I live alone! I knew I wanted another Samsung phone so I checked out a couple of models that I thought would work best for me. I finally decided on the S23 Ultra (512GB) . The set up was easy and I was impressed from the minute I got the phone up and running! Of course, the pictures are a drastic improvement from my previous phone but so is everything else. I'm not a phone expert so I wanted something that was intuitive and easy to use and this one fit the bill! After migrating all my data from my old phone, I was on my way! I like the size of this phone, it's a tad bit bigger than my other one plus I upgraded to one with more memory since I take lots of pictures. This model has a stylus; I'm not sure if I'll ever use it but it's nice to have, just in case. I am so happy with this phone and excited to use the camera on my upcoming travels!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a camera! I took a picture of the moon the first night I had it... never had such clarity! Ever thing user friendly! I could navigate editing no problem!
I previously had a s22 ultra and I swore it was the best. But I was definitely wrong! Thanks again Samsung!!
