From Note 9 to s23 ultra never looking back

FOR documenting inventory the camera and camera software works great even I lowlight light settings. I take high resolution pics zoom in so I can see all the connections and details.

Fun
I take many pictures and videos at night on the Brooklyn bridge and I must say the detail is unbelievable compared to my note 9. Im still learning about all the new features. The slow motion video at night with bikes and cars going by is amazing.
The video is steady and the image is so sharp.

I thought I'd miss my audio jack and my notification light, the picture and video quality has made me forget all about those things.
I'm still discovering new features but it's a fun adventure.
I wish I upgraded sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best android phone this year no doubt. Camera quality is great, the phone is smooth and fast, the build quality is great. But some things I would've liked is that the base version had 12gigs of ram instead of 8. The one plus I had last year that is cheaper had 12gigs at base (not a big issue). I also wish it had a charger in the box and that the charging speeds were faster. There are phones right now that charge to 100% in 30 mins or under so Samsung definetly needs to jump on that right away. Also no expendable storage which I feel every phone should have. But overall its a great phone that you won't regret purchasing.

The picture quality is awesome, I have dropped my phone several times with a case and doesn't have a scratch or a crack on it. Speaker quality is like a stereo and can get loud but stays clear.

Main Issue with Samsung Devices

The one issue I've had with each of my last 4 Samsung Galaxy devices is the charging port gets to a point where I have to hold my tongue in just the right way, stand on one leg, and cross my fingers before the phone will start charging. I might have spent more money on chargers than my first Galaxy device. With that said, everything else is great and I will never go to the dark side (Apple)!

The fingerprint reader is quick and accurate.
I love the camera, it takes great shots in low light and the zoom is quite amazing.
