[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of the multiple brand phones I have had this phone has been the best. The picture quality is awesome, I have dropped my phone several times with a case and doesn't have a scratch or a crack on it. Speaker quality is like a stereo and can get loud but stays clear.

Main Issue with Samsung Devices

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung phone for just about everything, and it's great. The one issue I've had with each of my last 4 Samsung Galaxy devices is the charging port gets to a point where I have to hold my tongue in just the right way, stand on one leg, and cross my fingers before the phone will start charging. I might have spent more money on chargers than my first Galaxy device. With that said, everything else is great and I will never go to the dark side (Apple)!

The fingerprint reader is quick and accurate.
I love the camera, it takes great shots in low light and the zoom is quite amazing.

But I think I just love Samsung devices after many years. They have great respectable trade in values and seem to innovate with their beta programs.

I love this phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is a phenomenal phone. It has so many great features I can't even begin to list all of them. The camera is in one word -- amazing! The zoom on the camera is something to behold as pictures are crystal clear even when zoomed way in for long distance photos. The screen of the phone is crystal clear and shows great color. I don't use the stylus a lot but when I do I'm always amazed at how simple it can make certain functions. Overall it's by far the best phone I've ever owned and will buy another ultra when this one is retired.

The good and the bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] True and simple, Samsung has always had the best phones on the market. They are always one step ahead of the competition. I love the battery life of my phone. For my lifestyle it fits and everyone that has an outdoorsy life should have a samsung. The only downside I have faced is with dealing with TD banking. When I purchased the phone I got financing till I could pay off the phone completely. I also purchased insurance through samsung. But TD thought for some reason it went through them. I've had issues with this for months bringing down my credit score. I think that above all should show my loyalty to samsung. I could have left months ago.
