This product is overall phenomenal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my device 50/50 for work and personal. I've never been one for photos, but at she'll I have to take a lot of them, especially distant shots. The camera quality and functionality is amazing. It shows me to also zoom in to an exact spot that needs repaired so I can highlight and send off to maintenance wherever they are in the building so they get the right part to us quickly when possible.
I do a lot of reports also that require my actual signature for both work and home and the S-Pen is the biggest life savor. I am able at work to scan in documents and have associates fill out their portion without having to take a laptop every where I go. I am able to complete various personal forms for myself and family without the need to print anything out.
The phone quality itself is much better than I expected. Even using the wifi calling feature at work I've never been able to get good reception, this phone however doesn't seem to have any hiccups in that area. From calling over wifi, regular service, to streaming I have yet to find any issues with the device. The clarity of the speakers and the vibrance of the screen while watching videos is outstanding.

My First Samsung Device Since the Nexus S

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Android devices since the original Moto Droid and used to get a new device annually. Technically, I flashed Android to an HTC TouchPro 2 Windows Mobile device prior to that, so it's been a journey. I was the guy flashing custom ROMs on rooted devices week after week, looking for what made it better than stock. The only Samsung phone I'd owned prior was a Nexus S and my wife had a Note 7 (her favorite phone ever, despite the recall). After 10 years of Android use, decided to make the switch to iOS to see what the fuss was about. I used an iPhone 12 Pro Max for almost 2 years and came back to Android when the Pixel 7 Pro came out, as I was completely bored with iOS and realized there was no "fuss." I enjoyed the phone, but it just didn't have that feeling I was looking for. I decided that I wanted to look into the S23 Ultra for myself and my wife, due to size, the cameras, the battery, and the functionally of the S-Pen. I purchased a couple of Galaxy Watch 5s for us to replace our Pixel watches with and within days, ordered a couple of S23 Ultras. The phones have been amazing thus far and other than the sideways swiping of the app drawer, I have no complaints. Come on, guys... vertical app drawers are better. Seriously. At least give us the option. Regardless, we've had such great experiences so far that we ordered a pair of Galaxy Watch 6 Classics to upgrade from our Galaxy Watch 5s, and got our daughter a Z-Flip 5. You've gained fans, so keep it up.

I loved the S22, S23 was no brainer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone mainly for work, emails, documents, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Point. I use S23 to do presentations directly.
For personal use, I use to take photos of my kids in sports and other extra curricular activities to share with family and keep. I also collect and sale lots of baseball cards and use both previous S22 and S23 to take photos of cards to be sold.
I travel lots for work, lots of time in airplanes, my phone is my movie player to keep me occupied. It is my connection to home for love video chats with my kids and wife. I use it for video meetings for work. Without a great phone, my abilities to do my normal day to day duties and personal things would be greatly diminished. Samsung series is the beat phone for the buck in my opinion. I just wish they were not so expensive.
