Great battery life but very complex

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it for every day life. Camera seems nice but is complex and confusing, even for a techie and photographer. UI somewhat buggy, especially regarding wireless charging alerts you can't control. Bad to have volume and power buttons on same side and to not have SD card slot. And no headphone jack. So no FM radio. Overall, works well so far.

It's a good phone, be nice if I could use headphon

Good phone. Definitely like the note 20 5G

Great new battery but horrible screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had every Galaxy phone and upgrade to the newest one each year. This year the battery life is noticeably longer which is great. A HUGE problem however is the screen. Usually these phones have been pretty resilient to damage, but the screen on this phone now is super fragile. I cracked the screen within a week of having it littery doing nothing to it and the replacement screen is already scratched a few days after receiving it. Very disappointing and if Samsung doesn't fix the screen problem this may be the last Galaxy phone I buy.

Best phone ever

The best investment I've ever made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S23 ultra has a very fast operating system with which I have been able to do work in my office, either using the web or with office applications, take notes with the light pen, among others. But what I love the most is its super camera to take photos and make videos.

Great phone wish it had a micro SD slot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the phone, traded my note20 ultra. It had in SD card that had all of my photos and music media. I work in a building with mirrored glass exterior which reflects cellular signals. It is difficult to stream from the cloud. This is where the SD card was a solid alternative to streaming. I do love the new camera. It is a significant upgrade from the note 20s camera.
