First Best Buy is really the best buy!! Quality products, Friendly and helpful staff, best price and on top of that lowest price match no questions asked!! Loved it!
I Just recently moved to iPhone from Android
.Bought Airpods Pro and if you own an apple device, its a no brainer!! The feel, sound quality, sync, everything about it is just perfect!! Highly recommend both Airpods Pro and only from Best Buy

Expensive, but worth it

The price is pretty high for earbuds but they work great and are exactly what I needed. The design is really intuitive, especially if you have an iPhone, and the battery life + sound quality are incredible. The different sizes of tips also work great for finding the right fit for your ears.

This AirPods with noise cancellation feature is really amazing. But in a couple of days after the purchase, I am having some issues with the right earpod. It’s glitching and constantly switching between noise cancellation mode and transparency mode. Well now I need to get it replaced. And it doesn’t fit in my ear.

Leap of faith! Can't believe how well they fit!!!

I do not buy products without trying them out or without extensive research. I went out on a limb and tried these AirPods and cannot believe the fit! I've been in the market for wireless headsets and I tried the headsets that were provided with earlier iPhones and also iPods and they just irritate me when I'm jogging or doing something physical they just kept popping out. Not because they were wired, but they just did not fit my ears.
With the multiple sizes of ear cushions that are provided, I discovered that I have different ear opening sizes so trying out the different sizes helped me create the perfect fit!
With the combination of the seal and the noise cancelling allows me to avoid annoying conversations at the grocery stores to the loud noises that I experience on job sites. The battery life on these units are great!
I would have never purchased them if Best Buy didn't send out the email!

Great, but....

I love these Airpods Pro (I upgraded from the regular Airpods) for their sound quality and noise canceling abilities. They're very comfortable in my ears and hold the charge quite well.
The reason for my 1 star review is because the case does not charge correctly (it never has) and Apple will not honor the warranty. I have sent them in to Apple three times, and each time they advise nothing is wrong. I've brought them to my Apple Certified Repair dealer, who agree that they have a warranteable issue and are very surprised Apple will not repair/replace the case. They have basically become unusable within the first three months of me having them, as the case will completely lose charge on it's own and will not charge the left earbud at all.
I would certainly be wary about purchasing these, if you are relying on Apple honoring their 1 year warranty. Perhaps wait until the next version has come out. It's a shame as when they work they are fantastic.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall, the product itself is really good. The sound is clear and the bass is pretty good considering it’s an ear bud. The major snag for me is I don’t have the adaptor needed to charge this product and I’m living in an isolated, northern community. I will need to go to apple to acquire the block so I can charge these once they die.
