The earphone is perfect with no flaws and the transparant function is very useful.
As iphone is getting more and more trash, it is nice to see their earphone is evolving correctly.

I have been wanting to be able to listen to pod casts and audio books while doing my chores and I really love the air pods pro. The are comfortable in ear and fit well. The sound is really good. I like the magnetic charge case as well.

First time using the new AirPods Pro and immediately had issues with crackling audio and noise cancellation not working. There is a persistent and irritating clicking sound in the right airpod and the noise cancellation does not work at all. I’m sending them back to apple for repair or replacement. Unfortunately I have to send them back before they will send me repaired or replaced ones. It is disappointing service to say the least.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Generally they perform the way I had hoped they would, based on my research prior to the purchase. I like that they sync to all of my Apple based ecosystem and I really like the transparency function. Will be curious to see what next generation does. I generally consider most Apple products to be overpriced relative to other options in the market, but I still go there because of the quality. Hopefully next gen is better and cheaper.
