Good product so far but app set p was frustratiing

I purchased this product recently and so far it seems to be working well. I have two dogs so lots of hair and it does a good job of picking most of it up. The mop feature is decent. It doesn't clean up things that need extra scrubbing but it's good for a general clean. The app set up was extremely frustrating. You must be able to get on 2.4GHz wifi frequency. My internet does not allow me to specifically choose this so a lot of troubleshooting was needed to finally get it connected to the app. Once you are connected, the wifi frequency doesn't matter. I would recommend the product but just make sure you have a way to connect it via the required wifi frequency.

Love this. It’s cleaning a farmhouse with area rugs, dogs, cats, tile, hardwood. So far so good. It’s parked on hardwood so I have it on top of a tile to protect the floor from and heat moisture.

Excellent time saving device

It is an excellent device if you purchase with realistic expectations. It doesn’t entirely make everything perfectly clean, but it does turn the manual cleaning step into a 5 to 10 minute spot cleaning session. More importantly, the machine makes floor cleaning so easy that it can be done daily, so a certain level of cleanliness is always maintained.

Easy to set up cleans really well, I love how the arms extend and get under doors and tight corners especially along the base boards. quiet and smart!
