✅ extremely secure design. will not fall out even when very sweaty and moving my head upside down repeatedly ✅ awesome battery life ✅ they're very good at detecting whether they're in my ear or not, and turning on or off automatically ❌ wish they were 20% louder. can hear myself pounding treadmill and the music playing at the gym ❌ secure design hurts after awhile ❌ design sort of "competes" for the space behind my ear with the hair i tuck in there or sunglasses ❌ sound is a little "tinny"(?) even when i put the equalizer on for bass ❌ color reminds me of compaq computers in the 90s. like light beige plastic instead of clean modern white ❌ playback controls activate siri which calls people by accident (once when earbud was on my bed, once when it was in my hand). i can't have Pause/Next/Previous without also having voice control (siri) ❔durability - time will tell

We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Endurance Peak 3. To give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. We also recommend trying other streaming app if the issue happens when using a specific app to improve the sonic quality. If the issue remains, please try connecting your headphones to other source device to know if there is a problem with the device. If you need more help, please contact us.
I bought these so I could listen to YouTube while working out. The ear buds connect to my phone and I can listen to my music but no matter what it would not connect to YouTube. Also, the controls on the ear buds were too sensitive and not very user friendly.

Thank you for your inquiry. Normally, once the JBL Endurance Peak 3 is connected to your device and selected as the audio source, the sound should come out on it. For the YouTube app, please note that once you close the app, the music or video will stop playing unless you've subscribe to their Premium Plan. For the gestures, you have the option to turn it off on the JBL Headphone App.
These are probably by far the worst headphones I've ever had. They don't even last half a year before one of the two headphones start to lose volume i then got them replaced under warranty.i got The new ones and not even 2 months later. The same thing's happening to both headphones. I will not be getting these ever again

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. One of the common reasons for low volume is dust/dirt/debris blocking the ear tip screen. We recommend cleaning it using a cotton swab of alcohol. If cleaning doesn't solve the problem, the next thing to check is the balance control. Check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings, music player app; commonly found in the playback or EQ settings, and on the JBL Headphones App. Also, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. We need to determine if the problem is in the device or the headphones. Try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
They worked well for about a year and the right one just started getting quieter and now I can barely hear out of it. The left one still works well. They connect to the phone with ease and sound quality is OK for phone calls and listening to music. I like how these don’t fall out of the ear like the Live Free 2 TWS.

Thanks for your feedback. In order for our JBL Endurance Peak 3 to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal, you can try the three different sizes of ear tips to see which fits you the most then try to angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Next, you may also check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings on your music player app, commonly found in the playback or EQ settings, and the balance control on the JBL Headphone App. Lastly, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. Additionally, this is the most common reason for no sound/lack of sound issues. A simple cleaning will almost always fix this problem. If the issue remains, please contact us.
I had had these for over a year and they had worked great for running and lots of activity in the gym. Sound quality isn't the best, but connection and fit is good with long battery life.
I was really bummed when I put them in my pocket to put in when I went out to shovel snow and somehow dropped one before putting it it. Dug around for a while but couldn't find it, so lived with one earbud for a month, until after several warm days, the lost one appeared from the snowbank. It had been, obviously, very wet and cold, but cleaned it off and it turned right back on! If that's not a test of longevity, then I don't know what is!
I'm not an expert on sound quality and I think everything sounds fine, so this review isn't about that. It's about the fact I put these through a whole laundry cycle and they sound perfectly fine and still have battery.
