Watch band failure

My daughter got me this watch because of the fall protection. My problem is the watch band falls off multiple times a day. Al.ost lost it once. When reattached it seams solid, you can give it a tug and it stays on. Then for no reason I can figure it just falls off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size this 47mm watch face, I use it to keep tabs on my blood glucose in big bold numbers. The total look of this big chrome faced watch is amazing. I originally purchased because of its size and the goggle wear platform I thought I needed fr one of my apps but there isn't much to write home about as far as that's concerned, there are not alot of apps yet like the old platform and it is a bummer that they don't cross over. Other than that think it's a great watch with great potential.

Great watch Great Battery

I have thoroughly enjoyed this watch! Samsung states 40hrs of battery...not for me. I have gotten well over a day and a half battery. I'm not using power save mode or watch-only mode. I suggest watching YouTube reviews on the watch so you can turn off some of the settings you are not aware of that drain your battery while still getting the most out of your watch. Whatgear, Mike O'Brian, or CKid are a few channels you should check out.
Fully charged my watch at 6 am, worked out in exercise mode for over an hour with music, at work two of my walks were automatically detected and I am currently at 87% It is 1:30 pm

No charger with Galaxy 6 Classic 47mm, needed to buy an adapter. That's LAME. No manual. Can't figure out how to use it.

The battery life is PHENOMENAL. 3 days at LEAST with all day usage. Great features, accurate sensors, the list goes on. Can't recommend enough SERIOUSLY.

Great watch, stopped working after 4 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a Samsung fan, I've bought all their products, every phone and watches. The watch was working great, the worst part you had to recharge the battery every day, but happens that this watch suddenly stopped working after 4 months of carefully wearing it. The battery was fully charged, I turned it on and suddenly went off, and stayed like that no signals of turning on ever again. This is the second time this happened to me with a Samsung watch and I always go for the pricey one, waste of money.

Brand new watch does not connect to new phone. Samsung has known about the issue and has not fixed it. Returning this product.
