[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this watch. It has become a substitute for my phone. Being able to leave my phone at home or in the vehicle has really broken the phone addiction and anxiety of not being able to communicate when needed. Syncs up perfectly with Galaxy AI.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best feature for this watch ultra, in my opinion is the sleep mode. It has changed my life. I have now great sleep. Yeah, it's taught me to meditate and breeze correctly in a number of ways to get great sleep scores.
Buy sleeping correctly with good REM sleep and deep sleep low heart rate when I sleep. I have a great day the following day and feel great!
I recommend this watch for any individual young or old, male or female!

I currently do warehouse work and have a very strenuous exercise activity workload and the features this watch offers through Samsung Health have been really great. From tracking steps to giving me detailed bpm readouts from my workdays, it's been great seeing myself get healthier daily. The Galaxy AI features are most helpful when they intuitively predict my activity.
