I love my new Samsung watch! My previous model was Watch4 but the technology differences are worlds apart. Everything about the new product is a step forward with ease of use and staying connected. Samsung continues to set the standard with designing and engineering upgrades to all of their products.

Great device with little compromise This device is great for its purpose. It delivers on its promise of battery life and Wear OS is great on it, but it’s mainly Wear OS where it’s most important feature is failing a bit. Customization. Some great watch faces have been taken out. But it has all the necessary features we need. It also has integrated apps in better fashion than the competitor. But it could be better, first iteration of something always can. But I know they could’ve extended the battery even more and they need to figure out some small software issues. Like AOD watch faces, and I had to access my phone to change to my custom ringtone when I managed to figure out where to place them in the watch, for some reason the menu on the watch for ringtone and notifications stopped responding. Great device feels good and it delivers on the promises
