Galaxy Watch Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a fan of samsung watches ever since my purchase of the Samsung Galaxy S watch in early 2000s. The Galaxy Ultra watch blew my expectations in what a smart watch is. The durability is really nice and the performance is unlike any other Samsung watch before. The charge lasts so much longer than previous models and it's great features allow me to do just about anything. It was well worth the buy. Samsung continues to exceed expectations.

Response from Samsung USBy R&R Team, August 20, 2024
It's great to hear from you. We always look forward to getting feedback from our loyal customers. We see that you are reviewing the Galaxy Watch Ultra. The Galaxy AI features on the Galaxy Watch7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra include enhanced sleep tracking options and workout routines. You can attempt endurance workouts such as triathlons, receive an in-depth analysis of your current health and wellness with energy scores, and monitor your sleep patterns. If you are experiencing shortened battery life on your watch, we ask that you check and make sure that your watch is up to date with the latest software available. From your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app. Depending on your watch, you will either tap Watch settings or tap SETTINGS tab. Then, tap About watch, and then tap Update watch software. Or, tap About Gear, and then tap Update Gear software. If this continues, please reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can further assist you with this. -Kelvin

Awesome features and quirks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a fitness and sleep tracking watch upgrading from the watch 6 classic. It has outperformed my expectations in every way. The battery lasts for days, the tracking sensors are accurate by my testing, and the brightness and durability make this an easy go to device. The hands free and voice features are by far my favorite part.
