A fitness watch that doesn't support external heartrate monitor is pretty useless IMO. This has been a consistent missing feature from Samsung watches and consistently shows how arrogant Samsung design teams are not recognizing that while ok, wrist base heart rate monitors typically fall short of chest straps.

Finally a luxury smart watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The abilities smartwatches have nowadays makes it hard to go back to a normal watch. The only edge a normal watch had was it's appearance. Luxurious, elegant, nice looking watches. Most smartwatches are just a black circle or rectangle. The Galaxy Watch Ultra solves this problem. It finally brings the look of a traditional watch with the functionality of a smartwatch. It looks absolutely incredible, and the new band system is a home run. It's so easy to change out bands now according to your daily style. Thus watch is a perfect 10 out of 10!

Samsung Watch Ultra with Verizon embedded

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the watch 5 pro but it was causing a rash under the watch on my wrist. I thought I would give Samsung 1 more shot. So far so good no rashes yet (keeping my fingers crossed). The watch has a good design. I know this one is a tiny bit thicker than my other watch but when it is on my wrist if feels and looks smaller than my old one. I use my watch for quick view of my notifications from my phone. I do respond to text message on it also. I also do the number sharing with my phone to watch. I am religious in sleeping with my watch on my wrist to track my sleeping and I use the data to to compare to my CPAP machine to see how I slept that night. I don't feel there is much of a battery increase from my watch 5 pro either.

I like that it is very accurate in most of my workouts. Better battery life and screen size compared to the galaxy classic 6 that I had before. I would like more developments on the health apps but ovet great watch. May recommended also working on the water proof so I don't have to remove the watch each time I swim

The Ultra is an awesome device. But I've had nothing but problems since upgrading from the 5 Pro. If my phone dies or I turn it off, my number sync doesn't work and I'm not able to text with the watch on its own. ATT hasn't been any help. It's not the RCS issue, I don't use Google messages. Even standalone texting through Samsung messages will not work unless the phone is powered on somewhere.. I've tried everything I can think of and I'm very disappointed. Test this if you haven't.. I just want to text from my watch if my phone is off. It shouldn't be this hard.
