Big improvement in style and battery life over the Watch4 classic. I love the way the new bands work over the old ones.
I would recommend this to a friend!

NO SECURITY UPDATES!!!!!

Samsung promises quarterly security updates. This is now December 2024 but they have not released a Security update since the watch has launched. It is still on the June 1st 2024 security patch and say the watch software is "Up to Date" The device was released in July 2024 with a June security patch. Why has Samsung dropped the ball on updates?
WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PROMISE OF QUARTERLY UPDATES?????? You charge a premium price and do NOT offer premium support!!!!!

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback on the Galaxy Watch Ultra with us, Andrew. Your feedback is crucial as we continue to strive for improvements all around. The Galaxy Watch7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra provide unique exercise features that work with the Samsung Health app. You can use your watch for standard workouts like running and biking, as well as explore new marathon workouts or challenge your previous results. We noted your concerns about receiving quarterly updates. We are working hard to provide constant improvements to all Samsung devices. We ask that you continue to check for updates on your watch. If you have any further concerns or questions, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin

Easy to connect to my phone, and select the widgets and their order that I wanted. I especially liked how easy it was to return my old watch as a trade-in.
I would recommend this to a friend!
