okay so i bought these like a month ago. one is entirely too quiet now, it barely cancels out noise, even if you choose the "noise cancelling" option. sound quality is pretty good, but its really not a great headphone. especially if you use headphones a lot. barely cancels out noise, one broke in less than a month.

Thanks for your question. We're here to help you with your JBL Tune Flex. To get the best audio response with the noise-canceling feature, choosing the right size of ear tips helps create a tight seal in your ears. Angle the ear tip slightly downward and gently twist the earbud to fit securely. To further isolate where the low volume is coming from, try to connect the earbuds to a different device to see if it fixes the problem. In addition, the earbuds can be susceptible to moist or deep-seated dirt that blocks the screen of the earbuds. To reduce the likelihood of this issue, clean the earbuds by removing the dirt after each use, using a pointed toothpick to remove large amounts, and a small amount of rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab for final degreasing. Barely had them a month and they don't work anymore.

We're here to help with your JBL Tune Flex. If the earbuds no longer charge, please try cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue remains, we'd like to work with you directly so we can isolate the issue, please contact our customer support.
Love them, clean and clear sound, i especially love the bass they produce. Sound quality is great, calls are crystal clear. I’ve had them for maybe 2 weeks and I absolutely love them I feel they’re better than apple AirPods but that’s just my opinion.
I bought these a few months ago and they’re by far the worst earbuds I’ve ever had. They don’t disconnect from my phone when I put them in the case. So, I have to manually disconnect them from my phone. They also don’t charge in the case. So, the next time I want to use them they’re dead, but they have been sitting in the fully charged case. Just spend more money on a better brand and you’ll be happier.

Disappointed with these. They don’t fit in your ears and will fall out. Sound quality and noise cancelling is pretty good if you can manage to fit them properly in your ears. I’ve tried all the different sized rubber bits they give you but I think it’s an issue with the shape and size of the actual ear bud. They feel heavy in your ears and always feel like they’re about to fall out. You can push them back in but they’ll only stay that way for a couple seconds before they start to shift and eventually fall out. Don’t walk, run, bend over or chew while wearing them or they will fall out. The actual quality is pretty good for the price though.
