These suck

To be honest, these suck and I don’t recommend them to anyone. JBL has made plenty of earbuds but they definitely went wrong with these. I charge the earbuds and the right one (or left sometimes) will say it’s on 90% and then the next minute it dies? I always charge the earbuds at the same time (typically overnight) so I’m confused. This becomes annoying when I’m trying to listen to music and one of them dies so I’m forced to only use one. Another thing is the connectivity issues, they will randomly connect to strangers devices or not want to connect to my phone at all for 20 minutes or more. Mind you these earbuds are only connected to 2 devices, mine and my mom’s. Or, if they don’t connect to random strangers devices, their devices will connect to mine and with my JBL Vibe Flex it lets me hit “forget device” but these earbuds will not let me do so. I have the JBL VIBE FLEX which are way better than these but I wanted something more upgraded so I purchased these as well, A MISTAKE. Luckily, I bought these on sale and have been using them for at least 6 months so I’m not TOO mad but still. These leak sound SO badly compared to my JBL Vibe Flex so if you are in quiet spaces, take your earbuds out of your ears once in a while to check their noise level. Whether you’re on high or low volumes, the sound is very distorted and can hurt your ears. I’m no expert when it comes to these things but I can say that my experience with the sound quality is horrible with these earbuds. The syncing on these isn’t too bad but I’ve had better so if you’re filming a video or something take these earbuds out or your audio will be delayed. I think this is a common issue among all Bluetooth devices but I wanted to point this out anyways. These earbuds also slip out easily which is confusing because my JBL Vibe Flex do not do this and these earbuds are basically the same size as those (only slightly bigger). I will say that the comfort is pretty good and they don’t hurt my ears or start to feel heavy after long term wear. The touch controls are very sensitive and by far the most sensitive controls I’ve had. When you’re trying to adjust the earbuds, they will pause your music or Siri will turn on. This issue paired with the issue of them slipping out easily and having to put them back in is terrible. The microphone quality is okay but it still doesn’t make the earbuds good. The noise cancellation is okay as well but I’ve had better from JBL. Overall, these earbuds are like a 1 or 2 out of 5 stars and I’ve had better from JBL. If you’re stuck between these or something else, get the Vibe Flex. Before you buy those though, I’ve only had 3 products in JBL, two pairs of earbuds and 1 pair of headphones so take this with a grain of salt. The Vibe Flex do not have noise cancellation BUT the noise cancellation in these is just okay so it’s not worth holding onto anyways. Thank you

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with the JBL Tune Flex and your feedback on the JBL Vibe Flex. Since the right earbud is having a charging issue, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the earbuds and inside the case with a cotton swab lightly dampened with rubbing alcohol to resolve the uneven battery drain. Next, perform a factory reset by tapping either earbud three times and holding the third tap for 5 seconds to clear the unintentional Bluetooth connection glitches. If these troubleshooting steps do not fix the issue, we invite you to contact us for a warranty claim directly at support.jbl.com.
I bought these as part of a black Friday deal last year. They were fine for about 8 or 9 months until my right earbud lost the ability to hold a charge. It now dies within about 20 minutes. It will show 100% initially, but shortly after i start using them, I will start getting low battery warnings. Noise cancelling is decent, I'm sure its better on higher end models. Overall I wouldn't buy them again

Thank you for reaching out! Charging issues with TWS earbuds often stem from foreign matter on the metal contacts, like sweat or ear wax. You can resolve this by cleaning the contact points on both the earbuds and the charging case. For more help, visit https://bit.ly/3S4bOkQ. If the issue persists, please contact us at support.jbl.com.
These are the single handed worst earbuds I’ve ever owned, I’ve had them for all of a week and a half and they will not charge anymore. Totally not worth the money they cost. Please do not waste your money on these

Wow, these are embarrassingly...they really make me reconsider ever buying jbl products again as I thought jbl was high quality but I guess not...definitely going with the Google buds next time even if they cost a it more...these jbl paperweights don't stay in my ears and have some of the most confusing pairing algorithms I have ever seen...I'm lucky if I can get 5 minutes of sound from them before they 'hop' pairing to one of my other devices that is in sleep mode, I guess...?
Good luck to you if you buy these, they are not a 21st century product.

Thank you for letting us know about your concern. Our JBL Tune Flex are designed to automatically connect to the last device they were used with, or another device they’ve been paired with in the past. If your earbuds seem to be connecting to other device while using it, we advise temporarily turn off the Bluetooth on your other nearby devices or phones. With regards to staying it in your ears, you can create a tight seal by inserting the eartip at a slight downward angle, gently twisting the earbud to match the shape of your ear, and continuing to twist until it feels secure. Try this with each of the included eartip sizes to find the best fit. After a few attempts, the process becomes quick and easy each time you put them on.
We also noticed that our customer support sent you an email regarding the option of providing a replacement for the earbuds. Please check if you receive it and you may reply to them for further assistance. We appreciate your understanding.
sound quality is ok, but usually when I put the phones in the case for charging only one of them will charge. when I need to use them, only one earphone is charged. that just makes this a terribly unreliable product, very low value for money. bought other headphones for 1/4 of the price that work much, much better. wouldn't recommend.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Here are some steps that may fix the charging issue. Initiate a power cycle by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while the unit is unplugged from a power source. Use a different charging cable and power adapter, and, while it's extremely uncommon, try a different wall outlet to be certain the issue is not with the outlet. Also, sand and dirt can get into the product's charging port. Clean the charging port with compressed air. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support.
I love these earbuds! The JBL Tune Flex is reasonably priced and performs better than more expensive brands I've tried. The ANC is the best part—it keeps things quiet even when my cousin and grandma are at it again. 10/10 for sound and sanity!
Good for the price. I like the ease of use and that you don't need the app to operate these. The rubber tips don't fit my ear very well, however. I think I may need to get third party in between sizes. One ear fits well and the other feels really loose. Because of this, I can't really tell how well the noise cancellation is. Right now I don't hear a difference between noise cancelling and ambient aware. Pairing is super easy to my phone, and battery life is great.
These are the worst design ever. It is really difficult to get them out because there is no where to grab so there needs to be a different design because I get frustrated Everytime trying to take them out...
