I bought this a month ago and seemed dead. It would not turn on. I tried to reset with +- button and then tried to do the factory setting with the power button and - button. Nothing worked. I will check with the manufacturer's warranty. Hoping to get some help from Sony.

We really appreciate your time and effort in troubleshooting the unit. We understand that you already reset and initialize the headset to restore factory settings but still not working. You may want to try these additional troubleshooting steps that may help resolve if your headphones won't turn on:
Make sure the battery is fully charged. Be sure to use the supplied USB Type-C cable. When charging with a USB AC adaptor - Make sure that the USB AC adaptor is firmly connected to the AC outlet. - When using a commercially available USB AC adaptor, use one capable of supplying an output current of 0.5 A (500 mA) or more. When charging with a computer - Check that the supplied USB Type-C cable is properly connected to the USB port of the computer. The headset cannot be turned on while charging the battery. Remove the USB Type-C cable and turn on the headset.

Bought two pairs now, both have had ear cups breaking off of the headband with little to no pressure

Got these as a Christmas gift and after a couple months of use the left side earpiece fell off. There is no physical damage on o the headphones except where the earpiece rotates inside the headband. The wire is still intact and sound still works. Really liked these until they fell apart.
