They might stop working in one ear

I ordered a pair of these headphones for myself and they were perfect! Not too expensive but it played well and looked really nice. Overall they're a great budget product! But three months go by and the right side stops playing sound. This was a huge bummer but luckily I called customer support and they helped me ship it back and gave me a new free pair. However, about the same amount of time goes by and the right side stops working again. This time I noticed that if I pressed on the joint between the band and the speaker it would play for a millisecond. So really I think a wire was just being pinched and it was just a simple manufacturing problem. I haven't heard anyone else struggle with this issue but it's weird that it happened to me twice with this product.
Now I have just decided to upgrade to a nicer pair since I don't want to fight the budget battle and I still love Sony products. Just keep this in mind when ordering :)

Please try some solutions below if no sound or sound is only heard from one side of the headphones:
Turn on the headphones, then check if the Power indicator flashes.
Charge the headphones and check if the headphones turn on and the sound is heard from the headphones.
Turn up the volume on the connected device.
Reset the headset or Initialize the headset to restore factory settings, and pair the headset and the device again.
If you have a different smartphone, Walkman, or other devices, perform a Bluetooth pairing with the headphones and one of these other devices, then check to see if the sound is heard from the headphones.

Great look and feel, as well as great sound

I bought this online and as I am writing this review, I am currently using them to listen to music. Also, the microphone is really clear, since I work mostly on my computer and online meetings are a norm now. Everybody understands me very clearly. Great headphones for the low cost.

It broke after just a few months

Sounds great and was easy to connect but one side of the headphone fell off. Called support and they said it’s not covered by warranty. Really cheap construction and not built to last. Save your money for a manufacturer that stands behind their product.

Wouldn’t purchase again

The sound quality is mid. But more importantly the cushions came off after only 2 months of use. I couldn’t get them back on.

I have only have them for 2 days but wow I tell myself why didn’t I buy them sooner. Went for a run and a total different feel and the battery life . I haven’t even charged them yet and they have been going strong . Love the design and love more the color

1. Try the headphones on another device (phone, laptop, tablet) to rule out a source-specific issue.
2. Try a reset on the headphones: Connect the headset to an AC outlet and press the (volume +) button and the (volume –) button simultaneously. The headset will be reset.
