Good for entry level users

I got these headphones 2 days ago and they are incredibly good. I like how these headphones connect to my phone and PC at the same time so that after a call, its goes back to playing my music. The Sony Headphones Connect is a must have if you care about fine tuning your audio, connecting to 2 devices, and 360 reality audio. The 50 hour battery life is good if you play your music non-stop. The only think I don't like about this product is after 30 minutes of use, it starts to hurt my ears. I would recomend this product for anyone who is new to buy wireless headphones from Sony
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Headphones Ever!

Unfortunately, I lost my last pair of Sony headphones that I had for years, and I have to admit I didn't even consider another brand. I bought these and they are so awesome! They're an updated version of my old ones, but with even better features, like the 50 hour battery life and the new app's equalizer. These are the best headphones I've ever owned, and I'm so glad I bought them!

Not bat for the price range.

Over all I do like the way the feel on my head. The controls are not easy to distinguish by feel because the power and volume are close together. I wish the ear cups were bigger to fit over my ears not on them. The battery last a very long time over 5 hours and only went down to 70%. The charging cable is way to short it should be at least 12 inches. The battery charged up in about 1 hour. The sound quality is also good. I use the head set listing to the TV quite a bit and after about 4 or five hours i have to remove them because they are a bit tight. I would recommend them to anyone not wanting to buy expensive headphones.

Ideally I bought these to exercise and so they're great I just had to make sure I don't get too much water in them from sweating when working out but they work well

Product is dead in a month

I bought this a month ago and seemed dead. It would not turn on. I tried to reset with +- button and then tried to do the factory setting with the power button and - button. Nothing worked. I will check with the manufacturer's warranty. Hoping to get some help from Sony.

We really appreciate your time and effort in troubleshooting the unit. We understand that you already reset and initialize the headset to restore factory settings but still not working. You may want to try these additional troubleshooting steps that may help resolve if your headphones won't turn on:

Make sure the battery is fully charged.
Be sure to use the supplied USB Type-C cable.
When charging with a USB AC adaptor
- Make sure that the USB AC adaptor is firmly connected to the AC outlet.
- When using a commercially available USB AC adaptor, use one capable of
supplying an output current of 0.5 A (500 mA) or more.
When charging with a computer
- Check that the supplied USB Type-C cable is properly connected to the USB
port of the computer.
The headset cannot be turned on while charging the battery. Remove the USB Type-C cable and turn on the headset.
