I have to charge the battery 3 times a day on this device. I have been a strict Samsung supporter for over a decade. The best Samsung supporter actually. Everything I own is Samsung. But this has to be the worst smart phone I have ever purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my phones and try to get the nicest newest one as often as possible. This one is the best one I've ever had. I wish it was more water/steam resistant. It has such a good water resistant rating (ipa? Idk) but sometimes having in the bathroom playing music during a shower will cause a notification to pop up warning me of water in the charging port.

Battery Life is Disappointing

I've had my new S22 Ultra for about two weeks. I'm still exploring, however I notice immediately that the Battery Life is horrible. My S20 Ultra that i had for 3 years had better battery life.

I've had it for a bit now and it's great. The cameras are great, everything runs smoothly, and the quality is amazing. My only gripe about this phone is that there is no SD card slot. I went from a note 9 to this and had a 256gb SD card and now it's useless. Stop working backwards Samsung, and stop with the "Trying to save thr environment, so we're not including the charging devices" thing that Apple is doing. It's literally essential to all the devices you are selling, and all you're doing is trying to cut costs where you can.

Over all its an ok phone. I had come from the note series and have to say this is NOT a not. It's an ok phone. The worst part is the battery and signal. Always cuts ot no matter where I'm at.

Terrible phone

I had a note 9 for years never had any problems with it I dropped it and broke the screen I thought it was about time for a new phone so I splurged and got the S22 ultra this phone is garbage have had nothing but problems with it it drops calls calls cut out on me I'll talk to text this garbage you would think they would have fixed it by now. Half of the apps don't work correctly everything is micromanaged you have to go through several more steps to do anything, I hate this phone.

Great Phone Except Missing the MicroSD Card Slot??

The new Samsung Phones are powerful, as per the usual but I am terribly disappointed that they removed the Micro SD card slot. There are many places where streaming is NOT an option. Specifically overseas, on airplanes, and in the mountains of the good old USA. That is why I have my full music collection (187GB) plus 8-10 movies (21GB) on my phone at all times! I rotate them when I have wi-fi available, but regardless they are handy. Suddenly I need the 6.8 inch Ultra to get 512GB of storage??? I am a guy on the go, and a big heavy phone is not what I need, but that is what I have. I had to add an OTG, usb C cable and then using the 512GB micro sd card (out of my last Samsung S10e) and a USB card reading stick, I am "somewhat" back in business. Thanks for the hi-tech solution Samsung?? I can recommend, but with with reservations.
