With regards to your service difficulty you mentioned, if you have attempted a reset of your device and are still experiencing this difficulty, we recommend reaching out directly to your service provider to ensure coverage. With regard to the size of the device especially while texting, we would be happy to help you adjust the size and settings of the keyboard that may help you text with ease. In your settings searching keyboard will lead you to the Samsung Keyboard and from there you can choose mode and choose the best keyboard style for both landscape and portrait modes of your device. After using this device for 2 weeks now, I can't say enough about the quality, speed and customizability of this Phone. The phone is a joy to use every day, I recently bought a Samsung Watch 5 Pro to compliment my phone and enjoy it as well.

Forever iPhone User Perspective

As someone who has only used an iPhone before the Android platform became what we know today, the Galaxy S23 Ultra is a wonderful device and I have had no issues using it over my iPhone.
Having said that, I carry both. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max as my UK carrier device, and the S23 Ultra as my US phone with Google Fi. Point blank asking me which device I prefer, I have to say that I’m evenly torn between both! That’s saying something for me, again, who’s only known iPhone and iOS.
Concerning the S23 Ultra on its own, it’s snappy, it’s bright, the screen is incredible (1440x3088 resolution), it’s as smooth to use as the iPhone, the camera is incredible in basically every way, and Samsung’s One UI Android OS is great.
I highly recommend checking out MKBHD’s review on YouTube for the lowdown.
If you are someone who is getting board with iPhone (as I was), then the new Galaxy S23 series is a great jumping off point to get into the Android OS.
