the screen cracked in my pocket i have owned samsung phones for years and this never happened when i called to see what they could do they said nothing its like thee screen exploded just in my pocket talked to a friend who knows about phone tech and said the battery might have expanded but n they still wont fix it fo free and it has not even been a year since i purchased

How you guys are losing track of what you do. I have the Galaxy S22 ultra and you are offering the exact same device, with a minimal change to one of the cameras and a new processor. This is laughing in the face of customers. What a disappointment, you turned into Apple, without creativity and offering more of the same.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Extremely fragile screen.

Worked great for the little under a month I had it until the screen cracked while I was walking with it in my pant pocket. It was in an OtterBox case with a screen protector, but the screen still found a way to crack. I've had fragile phones before but I have never had a screen crack with literally no contact until now. Waste of money.

I bought this a few months ago same phone as the ultra 22. Nothing really change cameras a little bit better not really worth the money. If I could do it again I would have kept my fold 4 sir

I have had this for about a month and I have really enjoyed it. I was afraid that it would be hard to use a new phone, but it has many of the same features as my old phone, so the learning curve was not as steep as I thought. The screen looks great and the phone is very responsive. The cameras are very intuitive.
