Great improvements worth the upgrade

The flat screen design is particularly advantageous for a device frequently used for note-taking, providing a more comfortable and practical writing surface. Additionally, the upgraded anti-reflective screen and enhanced scratch resistance contribute to improved durability and visual clarity. The refined S Pen and its improved fluidity further enhance the note-taking experience. Furthermore, the brighter screen, superior speakers, and robust frame add to the overall appeal of the device. Samsung's attractive trade-in deals also make the S24 Ultra an attractive proposition for potential buyers. In addition, I would like to emphasize the significance of the newly integrated AI capabilities, particularly the summary and writing assistant features. Slight physical upgrades; major software upgrades

Some had key upgrades other had downgrades like aux ports removed or SD card storage no longer an option, etc.
However the Ai features have been useful and will continue to be so whilst traveling and such

Order samsung s24ultra it supposed to be lightest phone but instead it is a heaviest phone i ever used. Everytime i play pubg and phone lag so hard eventhough frame drops rapidly
