I miss my AUX port!

My poor S10 had about had enough, so I upgraded for this and I'm wondering what happened to eye comfort shield? It's a joke in comparison, no matter how I try to adjust it there's no contest to the s10's blue light filter. Next up, I can no longer set a notification sound for texts unless I go through each individual conversation. For all this artificial intelligence it seems some user friendliness went out the window. Speaking of AI it's really annoying to go to my contacts and see "find chat bot" at the top of the list. I'm not ever in my contacts looking for chat bots, it seems silly. Finally, my s10 took amazing pictures, this seems to as well but personal preference maybe, I think it all looks too sharp and as other's have said, the colors are not vibrant. Talk about buyers remorse, trying to stick it out though.
Some up sides are a great battery life, the phone is comfortable to hold, it's snappy wirth response times.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. Without having more information available regarding your Eye Comfort Shield feature and without being able to ask you and follow up questions, reaching out to Samsung Support to troubleshoot your device may be beneficial. For your convenience, I have linked your device manual below for your records and easy access. You are able to disable or only allow on-device processing for the AI features. There is also a "master switch" to disable all cloud-based processing for the Galaxy AI features. Navigate to Settings->Advanced Features->Advanced intelligence, and then turn on the switch by Process data only on device. Samsung's adaptive super AMOLED screen optimizes the color range, saturation, and sharpness of the picture depending on what you're watching or doing. Our phones also offer the ability to customize the color settings to match your preferences. Take a moment to review, "Adjust color settings on your Galaxy phone" to adjust your color setting manually to achieve those vibrant colors that you're seeking. Great features, AI features are amazing!

I bought this phone on pre-order, and let me say first, that this phone is very powerful and fast! I love the sleek look and feel of the phone overall, and it is very appealing to the eye. So far so good, OTHER THAN one main flaw that I have noticed. There is no change when toggling the screen settings to VIVID. It does not change the colors what-so-ever, and the colors appear somewhat washed out compared to the S21 Ultra, S22 Ultra, and the S23 Ultra. Other than the no vivid mode for the display, I would've rated this 5 out of 5 stars. As soon as there is an update to fix this (I'd SURELY hope so), then I will update this review accordingly.

screen mura/grain issues

I have experienced the dreaded mura/grain display issues that happen with darker colors/low brightness. I don't notice it as much at higher brightness but still subtly there depending on what colors are on screen and it is highly noticeable when I put the brightness down at night and turn on eye comfort shield. Really disappointed as I upgraded from a note 8 and was really excited for a new phone after 4-5 years. Going to wait and see how samsung handles this mess.

Fast charging is broken. If enabled, it cannot maintain a constant charge and act like it's being plugged in, unplugged, and plugged in again; essentially not charging at all. I tried multiple phones and none work correctly. Software update does not seem to help. Seems this is a widespread issue looking at other user experiences. I would give negative stars if I could for wasting my time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Samsung Care+ is great to have for those unfortunate situations in life like leaving your phone behind on the train, having it stolen, dropping your device in a pool, or dropping it and shattering the screen. We even have over 700 authorized repair locations nationwide to take your device to be repaired which helps you get back to doing what you love most in life. If your Galaxy phone is draining quickly and doesn't seem to charge at all, doesn't charge past 85%, doesn't charge when connected to a PC, or doesn't charge when connected to Samsung DeX, there are a couple of things that may be causing the problem.
