Keep your 23 ultra

I bought 3 weeks ago. There are quirks. My apps quit. I can't find the correct setting to allow notifications to show while my phone is locked. Wish I had kept my 23 ultra.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. To choose which notifications are allowed on the Lock screen: From Settings, tap Notifications > Lock screen notifications, and then tap to enable the feature. Tap an option to customize: * Show content: Show notifications in the Notification panel. * Hide content: Do not show notifications in the Notification panel. * Show content when unlocked: Show notification content when the screen is unlocked. * Notifications to show: Choose which notifications to show on the Lock screen. For your convenience, I have linked your device manual below so that you can easily customize your setting in the future to your liking. If you are having issues with any apps freezing or crashing, even after updates, there are a few things you can try to resolve your problem. Clearing the app cache, checking if the app is compatible with your device, rebooting your device, optimizing your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and even checking for additional updates are all things that may help. Take a moment to review, "App is crashing or not working on Samsung phone or tablet" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your apps not working properly on your device.
