I literally love my s23 coming from iPhone to Android is the best decision I ever made and I don't regret it I love this phone so much also because my best friend doesn't do iPhone and I want to be able text her and facetime on Google meet so definitely a 10/10 purchase

So I'm coming from iPhone 13 pro and I hate my iPhone 13 pro so much that I definitely to change back to android best decision I ever made this phone is great has cool features Apple will never have honestly definitely 10/1000 recommended purchasing this phone

I brought this in Aug and back is cracked! I took my case off to clear charging port and noticed my back is cracked! I had this same issue with my s20 but it fell in the bathroom and screen cracked after using it for leas than 3 months. These phones cost too much for the quality to be as such. On top of that, I am not sure how we are in this day and age and you can't send a video if it's not trimmed and it's only a few seconds! When I receive videos the quality is horrible! One shouldn't need to use Whatsapp to see a 20 second video.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had galaxies since they came out. How is it that they're actively moving backwards in the ease of use and technology. The only upgraded item is the camera, barely. If I misspell one word it highlights the last 2 words and is impossible to change the spelling without completely erasing the word and retyping. Group messaging- there used to be a slider that you could turn from individual to group. Now you have to go into the full settings for your messages and turn it how you want it everytime you're in a group char. The battery is worse than my 21 plus. It glitches out more than my 21 plus. It logs me out and forgets all my passwords and I'm terrible about remembering my passwords. So I have to reset everything every month to set up the biometrics. Seriously what are yall doing over there. This is absurd. How is a 3 year old phone better than a brand new one.

Did you know that if you misspell a word or two when you're writing a text, you can hold your finger down on your screen and drag it to the right or left to correct your mistake without having to delete the entire work altogether? Pretty cool, right? In regard to sending group messages, you can create a group message and type names, phone numbers, emails, or you can just click to add their names from your contacts. If you are having difficulty unlocking with Face recognition, try the face registration again. Remove the current face data by opening Settings, and then tapping Security and privacy. Tap Biometrics, then tap Face recognition, and then enter your credentials. You can now tap Remove face data to clear the facial recognition data so that you can have a fresh start. I love my phone all except for the screenshots. It takes 50 times for it to register the fact that I'm trying to take a screenshot. It's so annoying I liked the way it was before. I don't know how such a stupid technique made its way through, but I would love it changed back.

Biometrics suck

I bought this phone in april, while the camera quality is great, the biometrics suck. Be prepared to enter your passcode all the time because it wont recognize your face or finder print 90% of the time.
