Better in some aspects than the phone I replaced but has its own idiosyncrasies. Voice typing is very sluggish and will actually change the word I said to a different word. The phone app will not allow the blocking of all numbers not on my contact list like my Nord N200 did. My custom ringtone for my texts was very difficult to install. The option was hard to find and my ringtone was not in the list accessible to this app even though it was loaded on the phone in another location. Had to go through a lot of extra steps to find and move that ringtone. None of my apps were on my home screen and had to completely rebuild the phone. I even had to load from the Play Store some apps that did not come over. The only major Improvement of this phone over my last phone was because I changed vendors and they have better coverage in the area which is not a credit to the phone but is a credit to the service provider. The phone does not have an earphone jack thus forcing me to buy Bluetooth for private listening, Bluetooth and I do not get along because of the low quality and low longevity of listening devices. Hugely disappointed considering the hype around how wonderful this phone is supposed to be.

This is the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. Worse then previous samsung notes. The internet constantly disconnects changing from 5g to wifi, this just stalls everything and stops you from what your doing. The screen is unresponsive and the curve is pointless. Avoid this piece of junk!

Don't waste your time. This is a peace of garbage phone. It does not hold a charge. It's software keeps wanting people to create an account and it won't stop. Omg worst phone. Unfortunately I am stuck with this thing for 23 more months.

Cheap phone.

Do not get this phone i had it for about 4 months and something inside came loose and a makes a cheap plastic sound to it. this phone is not cheap and this should not happen.

Love the phone but there is one important feature Samsung should address. The phone should be able to send an audible notification when someone texts you while you still have their conversation as the last one opened. If I leave messages on that person's chat, and the phone's on standby, if that person texts again, the phone won't make an audible notification. I have switch back to the messages home page every time to get the notification.

Headphone jacks - where did you go??

Don't understand why there is no jack on the new phone, I get it - you want us all using cordless earbuds - but its ridiculous, not all of us like this option!! Some of us old people are a bit old school.

Overheats

Phone immediately started having overheating problems. I traded it for a new one thinking mine was defective and the 2nd one has overheating problems too. Brand new phones shouldn't already be having problems.
