The glass on this phone breaks and chips at the slightest touch. I put it in my purse first day and when I took it out, there were two corners chipped.

As with most other models this phone lacks an SD slot and an integrated headphone jack both of which are standard equipment that all phones should have.

The built-In mic is garbage.

The quality of the built-in mic is garbage compared to past models. It sounds muffled which creates problems for phone convos, speech to text and recorded messages.

Company Portal for work will not add the device

Have the Ultra 23 its great hone frustrating I can not get into the Company Portal online work portal we have tried everything my IT department said several people within our company have this issues they are doing research as to why Samsung is blocking it I had this phone for only one 1 week now , most likely returning it in the next few days I must have the Company profile on it with email teams ect.. I hate it but will need to get another phone maybe a Iphone . Company Portal for work will not add the device

Overall very happy. One big problem, the Visual Voicemail is only accessible through the phone app, recent apps search or notifications. There is no icon to put on the home page.
