I previously had the S21 and loved it. I traded up and I'm so disappointed. The phone itself is smaller and I'm just not impressed with any of the features. Everything seems slower and more awkward to use.

I finally upgraded from my S7 (yes, I still had an S7) two weeks ago & I'm so glad that I did! It has been an easy transition & I'm loving the speed & features of my S23. No complaints at all!!

Different than Apple but not bad

Android is a bit harder to use but has some excellent features. Love the camera, you can take outstanding pictures, remove unwanted objects from pictures etc.
I do not like having so much trouble trying to answer thr phone lol I just can't get the hang of it and that when you use Samsung pay, every time I open the phone it pops up! I hate this, finally I deleted it. The battery life isn't great, and fingerprints are just an aggravation because it doesn't pick them up really well, lastly thr Keyboard is to sensitive. 3 stars is all I can give it.

I'm very hard of hearing. My old phone would keep flashing a little blue light if i had a text come in, or a green light if i had a missed call. This phone has neither. I miss my old phone.
