Bad wire earphones connection

I got this phone over 6 months ago. Like the size and the camera. Watching shows is also an upgrade from my old phone. What I don't like is the connection change for wire earphones. I have gone through 3 pairs already because the connection is loose and the sound goes off. Very disappointed
I would recommend this to a friend!

Although the Galaxy S23 lacks a 3.5mm headphone jack, you can still use wired headphones that plug via USB-C to listen to your content, or you can use a USB-C to 3.5mm jack adapter if Bluetooth earbuds aren't your cup of tea. Not that impressive as advertised

I bought it about a month ago. Nothing too impressive. I have a tougher time to sign on with my finger print than my old S-20

If you are having trouble unlocking your device because the fingerprint sensor isn't recognizing your prints, try entering your regular PIN, password, or pattern. If that still does not work, you can try remotely unlocking your device using SmartThings Find. Check out the Samsung article titled, "Use the fingerprint sensor on your Galaxy phone or tablet" for some great tips on using this feature. For your convenience I have included a link below containing your device manual so that you can customize the settings of your phone to your liking. I like using the facial recognition feature where my phone requires my eyes to be open. You may like it better as well. If you would like any further assistance, please reach out to Samsung Support. Camera failed

I've had this phone for 2 weeks and I've already gotten a camera failed message. I have tried everything except for a factory reset. My S8 which stopped getting updates worked better than this upgrade. Highly disappointed.

The G23 is not as good as the 20FE 5G.
The speakers on the G23 are hard to hear, the SD card being taken away makes it harder to store information, it is hard getting some apps to work, the size change was disappointing, finger print sensor will not work 90 precent of the time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your phone's fingerprint sensor provides a convenient and secure way to unlock your phone and keeps your personal information safe. If you are having trouble using your fingerprint sensor there are a few things to consider. If you have the available time in your day, please take a look at the article titled, "Samsung phone is not recognizing fingerprints" to conduct a few troubleshooting steps to help resolve what you have been experiencing with your device. Although the Galaxy S23 series lacks expandable storage capabilities, you do still have the option of cloud based storage like Samsung Cloud, Google Drive, and Microsoft OneDrive. It's fine.

I wanted to downsize from the massive note 9. I like the smaller/ regular size. The best part is the camera and the fingerprint and other biometric security features, they are wicked fast and smooth.
My only complaint is that the phone isn't that fast, I feel like its slower than my old note 9 that came out 4 or 5 years ago now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can't tell if the cell service is bad or my phone
