I gave four stars because of the absolutely frustrating texting on this phone. All other feature are GREAT! The voice to text just simply bad bad bad! It capitalizes words that don't need to be capped, adds extra space after words, uses incorrect words and then highlights them to let you know they are incorrect. It will add periods after words that are supposed to be sentences where there should be no period. When you say "period" "comma" exclamation" or question mark" at the end of the sentence it spells out "period" "comma" exclamation" or question mark" instead of just putting the correct punctuation mark. It will stick words in there that make no sense whatsoever and highlight them as if to know they make no sense.
I'd love to know how to actually get ahold of Samsung to let them know all of this. It is a great phone except for the texting which can be maddeningly frustrating even when you tap type to text.
I have been using it for only a week but it seems to be very good. It is fast and the quality of image is great. It is small compared to all the cel phones I have had before, but I like it anyway.

I was disappointed in the size of the screen firstly. Also, I do not receive calls 1/2 the time if I am on my phone reading an article or listening to a podcast. This is extremely frustrating. I do not know why this would happen. This phone is a supposed upgrade from my A50 that I had for 6 years. I do not believe so. Even the battery doesn't last as long as my older A50.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

SAMSUNG FLAGSHIP PHONE S23 WORST EXPERIENCE

My experience with this flagship phone SAMSUNG GALAXY S23 is worst. S23 is not worth buying. Lagging issues, media display issue, within period of 5 month display started to damage after visiting to samsung service centre their answer is, if any liquid found then the display replacement is chargeable and if not it'll be replaced at no cost but the fittings won't be perfect and the display might be uneven. How professional this is. Side chrome of this S23 is kind of decaying, when i asked in the service centre why is it so they said it's for swear. So my sweat is decaying the chrom from top to bottom, Company says it's waterproof & resistant. This is the built quality of samsung flagship phone. Thank you for the experience with my own money spent.
