Samsung rebate not honored & functions not adjust

The phone I would rate 4 stars, that are just too many functions that can not be adjusted or are to difficult to use/find. Also the promised rebates for this phone through Samsung have not been applied/honored, was promised they would be issed within 15 days of shipment, it has now been 30.

I bought the phone to replace my s21+ after 4 years. It has a lot more storage and RAM. I anticipate I will have the phone for a long time. I use Samsung Dex for gaming. I am disappointed that Android 16 is rolling out soon, and my phone can't upgrade to Android 15 yet.
