I had an S21, loved it. The S24+ looks just a little bit bigger but feels much larger. It is so clear and easier read. It's really fast. Highly recommend it

I just was given this phone. I am totally overwhelmed with it! So much fun with very clear photos which is important to me. It will take me awhile to figure everything out as I had an LG Venture before. What a change!!!

Going from an S10 to S24+ beyond awesome

It maybe took me 4 days to get everything transferred and set up to my liking, but I am so happy with my new phone. First time I set a phone up by self and I'm 82 yrs young!
My phone arrived on time and safe and sound. The color is beautiful and switching my stuff from my old to the new was the easy part. Now the transferring of phone service was a bitteicky but luckily i just call my phone provider and they guided me through everything. I had my new phone up and running within 1hr 30ish minutes. Overall amazing new phone plus the lovely color.🧡
In general really love this phone, with a few caveats. Battery life, features, camera and display are great. However, I typically keep my phones in vibrate mode and the vibration strength on this S24+ is far to weak and subtle, even when set to maximum compared to previously owned Galaxy phones. Couple that with the lack of a notification LED like the S9 that I replaced with this one, and I miss a lot of calls, messages and reminders. Have researched and tried every trick I can find to address this shortcoming without much success. Oh, well. I am also finding that the Wi-Fi link rate is slower than my other phones on any given Wi-Fi network. I frequently find that my family members' Galaxy S22, S21 and my old S9 phones will all connect at, and maintain a higher connection speed than the S24+, not a great deal slower, but I my home network is a Netgear Nighthawk RAX-80 (Wi-Fi 6) and I am a little disappointed my S24+ doesn't perform as well as others on it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Like the design. Volume is horrible. My s21 had better volume. Is anyone else's phone getting really warm quickly? Mine did before I even finished setting up. Also played a game for 30 mins, again really warm.
