I have not had this phone very long. Within 1 week it had scrapes on the screen. I dropped it today and the entire screen shattered. I have Verizon insurance company coming to help me. I traded because I thought this phone was supposed to be more durable than my 21+ that was about to die anyway. I like the phone though, it's user friendly. The camera is not as good as my 21+ was. It serves it's purpose for me and my everyday life.
