When I was younger I use to look forward to receiving my new phone. I would get lost for a whole day exploring all the cool new apps and new functions my new phone had. This new phone barely had any new technology. Let's not even get started with the accessories phone use to come with. Now you barely get a charger. These new phones are basically really expensive numbers with a plus or an ultra on it for some razzle dazzle.
I've owned S2, S6, S7, S10+, and S24+. Samsung galaxy has never disappointed me. The only thing I missed was the 3.5mm headphone jack. However, I've recently discovered the existence of Type-C headphone, and solved the "problem".
Overall, I'm very satisfied with it's performance, but I'd been only two weeks since I've got this new device.
This is a great phone. Fast, just the right size. A good, stable choice. I had a S22 ultra for years. I almost never used the pen. The pen as far as I can tell, is the only difference between this S24+, and S24 ultra. I'm happy with my choice.
The S24 and S24+ comes with the same snappy processor as in the ultra, but the + weighs much less, and has a lower resolution screen that gives it a better battery life than the ultra. The phone is large enough to be a small tablet for media consumption, but pocketable enough to be my work phone / hotspot to my personal phone. After fiddling around for months with IFFFT and other clunky automation solutions, the Samsung modes and routines ecosystem is second to absolutely none!
Phone overheating while charging, didn't expect that. Disappointed!!
Looking for return options.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback, SgAn. Our customers insights are invaluable as we continue to make improvements. We noticed you reached out to share your thoughts on the Galaxy S24+. The Galaxy S24+ has a bigger vapor chamber system than the Galaxy S23+. Galaxy devices perform best within a specific temperature range, whether it's a phone, tablet, smartwatch, or earbuds. Even if they feel warm while charging, it won't affect their lifespan or performance. However, they might produce some heat in certain situations, so it's a good idea to be cautious about exposing your device to those conditions. The following factors may affect the temperature of your Galaxy devices: Using your devices in an environment outside of normal operating conditions (between 0 and 35 degrees Celsius). Placing your devices on/near a heat source, such as leaving them in a parked car on a hot day or continuously having them exposed to direct sunlight. Running multiple apps for an extended period of time or using processor-intensive apps for gaming, streaming, and GPS tracking. Using an incompatible, defective, or non-Samsung certified charger and / or USB cable. Initial setup and data transfer from the previous devices. System or firmware updates. Please ensure your device has the latest app updates by checking regularly. Check out the link attached for some tips for what to do if your Galaxy device warms up.
