Overall it was pretty good. I received a text message almost immediately after delivery that my return label was ready but when I selected the link I only got an error. Then 2 days later I got an email for the label and it worked. The other thing I didn't like was that after returning my old phone, I got an email that it would take up to 2 weeks to evaluate my phone and confirm it's condition. If I knew there would be no trust level, I would have taken pictures of it first before returning it to have proof that it was in like new condition. They should recommend this if they're not going to trust people.

Fabulous phone. Perfect size. Great battery life. But the phone was glitchy so I returned it. Been on the s23 ultra for almost a year and wanted a more small hand friendly lighter phone. Done all the updates required but ended up going back to my 23 ultra.

Spots on screen unresponsive with touch sometimes

The trading water smooth. But some corner spots on the topleft and lower left screen of the new unit sometimes don't respond with fingers. Initially I thought it was because I placed a protective cover over the screen. But these areas remain unresponsive after I peeled off the screen protector.
