I've had this s24 ultra for a few days, it's basically the same as my note 9 except they had to change the figure print scanner. WHY ???? Why do things that work great and are in a great location have to be messed with ? The scanner under the camera was perfect and always worked. Now it's a stupid in screen scanner that doesn't work. It won't work with any type of screen protector. So I tried the facial recognition garbage. Now that's not at the right angle or there isn't enough light or what ever else. I'm get so tired of spending a crap ton of money on things that don't work. Thanks for screwing up a good feature

I bought this a month ago and this is the first android phone that the messager app was not functioning. Would cut off mid message or autoatically go to another app. Unable to read incoming message d/t the display lasting 2-3 seconds. Attepted to troubleshoot and reset according to google and you tube. No solution. Have to wait until my next day off to take it back to the dealer.:(

Very easy to switch from my old phone to the new one. It was almost idiot proof! Although I'm surprised the battery life per day, isn't stronger. There also isn't a memory card slot, also surprising.
Replaced my wife's S9 (which is still a great phone). The S24 has so much more to offer, it was time to upgrade. Easy transfer over, up and running in about 30 min.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Would have kept my old S7 if I knew the hassles of "upgrading". Apparently S24 cannot download all info and apps from S7. Pop-up ads from Samsung ruin my ability to go to phone and use without being intruded upon by phone mfg. DO NOT BUY!
