Great phone!!

I purchased this Galaxy S23 Ultra after having 2 Galaxy Note phones. I was worried that I would lose the things I liked about my Note phones; but I lost nothing with this phone and gained more! The camera is awesome and I don't even know all about it yet! I am very pleased with this phone!

Bought this through Samsung's trade-in program. Could not have been smoother. Traded a ZFold 2 and all went well. The S23 U is by far my favorite Samsung so far. It's everything the reviews said it was and by trading when I did, I received the upgrade at no cost.

I had the S 22 Ultra got the S 23 ultra but i cant tell anything is diffrent maybe the S24 ultra will be a bug change.

Could be better

I traded my s21 ultra in for an S23 ultra. For the first 3mths the phone was an amazing then samsung did an update and all my calls became low on the headset. I could only hear on speaker or an earpiece. Sent my phone to samsung for 5days and they sent it back with resolving the issue. They ask me to send it back for another 5days but I declined due to I need my phone for work. As much as these phones are samsung need to do better with their product. I definitely wouldn't recommend the s23 ultra.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like all of it. The features, upgrades, of course the camera & picture quality. It's just to big. So much so that I am considering switching it out. For something smaller in size. I really only got the phone because of the S-Pen and everything that comes with that alone but idk if it's worth it compared to the size of it alone.
