BRING BACK THE SD SLOT.

I give a 4 because it has no SD slot. I am team Android so I will always choose Samsung before any other phone. I only had it for about a month, but so far it is an amazing phone. The camera is awesome I can't wait to use it for my summertime adventure.

maybe the only phone better than iphone. Both design and performance, especially the camera and display. The color is really beautiful. The lens is excellent. Finally the price is good.

Great features. Easy to manage apps

I bought this device a few months ago. The only downfall is it doesn't have the SD card for extra storage for pics/video's or documents. If I were to be short on storage space I would have to use an external hard drive to move my pics or documents to save and free up space on my device.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bring back SD cards!

BRING BACK THE SD card slot! The 1Tb phone is almost impossible to find. As an Android purchaser the last 20 years, my biggest draw to android has been, that when my phone is getting full, all i have to do is carry a new SD card with me and swap it out when I need space. In the heat of the moment that is an amazing feature! The other alternative is going back through my phone and deleting photos to make space. This would take a huge amount of time considering i take and edit a TON of photos! As a phone purchaser, I have stuck with Samsung over IPhone for the last 20 years. A few reasons...the customability, the SPen (just a nice feature, but this is the only phone left with it I believe).... and the ability to easily store my photos on SD cards, i have appreciated the SPen feature since they have had the note. I am not going to lie, IPhones have the market on having one of the best cameras, which is one of the primary uses of my phone these days. No matter what i do, i cannot take photoes that rival my friends IPhone pictures. They also have better kid protection products (can monitor kids time, websites, etc). Iphones are way more customizable then they used to be. The last The SD card slot was A HUGE DRAW when selecting Samsung products over the security of the IPhone products. Next time I will go with IPhone if there isn't the draw of having the SD card slot. I have zero interest in paying anyone for a monthly cloud service. Might as well just go with a device that matches and controls all the kids devices we have, if there is no SD slot. I do love the SPen feature, but getting rid of the Note has made this phone the only Samsung phone with this feature... Really disappointed in Samsung trying to push cloud servers and getting rid of the biggest advantage they had!
As a parent if you had some sort of screen control for kids, it would make your product a much better draw to get for kids as a parent. I have never bought these for my kids because there is no content restrictions.

Samsung now as greedy as Apple

The fact that there is no SD slot and couldn't transfer everything from Samsung Galaxy S9 I will probably return the phone. Not taking the phone swimming so don't understand the missing SD slot especially when the SD card went with the sim card.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got it the 7th of April and somehow I have to have my phone on speaker in order for people to hear me and I hear them. My screen you have to Tap hard a couple of times before it will click on the app

Love the camera wish you would bring back the head jack and the SD card and finger print reader on the back slot but everything less is epic and works amazing

I bought this phone (Samsung S23 Ultra) 512G a acouple of weeks ago. My previous phone was a Note 9 that I absolutely loved. I almost have the same features except I can't add memory, there's no micro sd slot and no headphones audio input on the S23 Ultra. I video alot of my kids soccer games every weekend and I would run out of memory. Now I have to transfer data to my computer or memory stick. And I was using the aux input listen to music plugging in my phone in my car. My radio in my car doesn't have Bluetooth is a bummer. I can't use my phone. Luckily I have a back up phone that has a headphones input. That i use in my car for music. I don't listen to the regular radio station i hate commercials. My favorite feature for the S23 Ultra is the pen. Takes great photos and videos. The sound is very loud and crisp. And can multi-task several things at a time. I can (mirror cast) smartview on my Samsung 70 TV or my Roku in other rooms. watch my videos and photos on my phone.
