I give a 4 because it has no SD slot. I am team Android so I will always choose Samsung before any other phone. I only had it for about a month, but so far it is an amazing phone. The camera is awesome I can't wait to use it for my summertime adventure.
Definitely an upgrade from my S20fe. Better camera, operating system and app features. With normal use I can go a day and half between charging. Using camera, video, media apps, game apps, calls, text, emails, etc. The only con so far is missing the external card storage option for my files. Don't care for the cloud storage.
Will add that I like the weight and feel of the phone. Will say as long as Samsung keeps the quality up there with their phones I will continue to purchase them. Case in point my husband had a S7j phone that ended up falling out of the work truck in middle of a busy 6 lane road. It was ran over by four vehicles - still works. S20fe got ran over by a zero turn mower. The back of the phone had the copper exposed. Screen and camera were undamaged. The phone continued to work, but traded it in to be safe.
The same applies to my previous S22 Ultra. With what these phones cost, why does Samsung not have a link on their website that leads to a detailed tutorial on settings and how to get the most out of the camera and its various lenses? If there is one, then put the link in on a note in the box when shipped.
