As much as I love this phone I am disappointed in a few things. Facial recognition doesn't work most of the time. I've reset it three times. Battery runs down faster then expected but charges fast. Can't use charging pad wireless because phone get hot.
Back in 2019 I bought a S10e, it was a great phone but it stopped getting updates. So it was time to get a new phone, I looked at the Pixle 7 pro, the IPhone 14 pro max. I read reviews for weeks and I stayed with Samsung. This S23 ultra is great, the camera is top notch, everything about this phone is good or better. The battery could be better, but my first phone was in a bag and this is lightyear ahead of that. It's a great phone, buy one
Excellent phone reception. Great camera easy to use zoom. Phone, high resolution camera, and high performance computer in one small easy to use package
I bought the phone in April 2023 and it's not working well at all. I can't make calls in or out it won't connect to wifi. I did a warranty exchange and still the phone is not working properly it won't download apps and I have to keep turning the phone on and off. I can't text I can't even play games. I am very disappointed my son's phone is a Samsung Galaxy S21 and it works awesomely but my phone is slow and my memory for my S23 Ultra is 512GB I'm very disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Dopey1976, Thank you for finding the available time out of your lively day to share your sentiments with us about your Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. We appreciate your transparency as we strive in providing the best products with superior functionality on the market to our customers while we remain committed to constant innovation. Our goal is for our customers to feel like they are having the most marvelous experiences when using our products. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. If your Galaxy phone is experiencing low signal, or even no signal at all, you may be unable to connect to the internet, and its ability make or receive phone calls may be limited. Sometimes Wi-Fi problems are caused by simple network issues. Other times, you may need to take additional steps on your phone or tablet to ensure your Wi-Fi connection is stable, such as re-adding the connection or assigning a static IP address. If you are having trouble sending or receiving text messages, or they seem slow, it is usually an issue with the carrier or its service. Other times, iMessage may still be enabled if you just switched from an iPhone, which could make texts get stuck in limbo. Depending on your region and environment, your device may temporarily disconnect from your mobile network or have a slow network connection. This may be due to your subscribed plan, access region, and mobile network settings. When you have the availability in your day, please take a look at the articles titled, "Samsung phone has poor signal and cannot use data or make calls," "Galaxy phone or tablet Wi-Fi connection issues," "Messages on Samsung phone are slow, do not send, or cannot be received," and "Issues with mobile network connection on Samsung phone or tablet" for some troubleshooting steps that you can take to help resolve what you have been experiencing with your Galaxy S23 Ultra's connectivity. A software update can enhance the functionality, add new features and increase the security on your Galaxy phone or tablet. For the best experience it is highly recommended to keep your devices updated. If a software update doesn't install or isn't available, we can help. Please ensure that your Galaxy S23 Ultra has been updated with the most current version of software, linked below. If you would like any further assistance and/or help troubleshooting your device, please feel free to contact Samsung Support at your earliest convenience. Thank you for being a steady Samsung customer. - Debra
Android has so many redundant mice requirements that just aren't necessary with Apple. Frustrating at best. Is recommend to a friend only if they are currently an android fan, otherwise, no.
