I recently got gifted the samsung s23 ultra, I've been an iPhone user for many years. I honestly just got tired of the iPhone, no real upgrades, and the battery life sucks. I can honestly say, that the Samsung is the best in every way possible.
I would recommend this to a friend!

S Pen is Glitchy and Annoying

Anytime I use the S Pen, its glitchy. For example: This phone was purchased at Xfinity and I have an Xfinity phone plan. When I use the S Pen to scroll through data, it highlights the data. Then I have to highlight additional data in order to delete the highlight. The highlight option should only come up once you press down which activates the feature. With Verizon, I had the Note and didn't have any issues. At Xfinity, the Galaxy S23, is equivalent to the NOTE.

I bought this as an upgrade from my S20 . The processor is so fast and battery life is much longer life than ipone or other phones I have seen in use.
