I've had this phone for about 2 weeks now and from what I can tell it's basically the same as the Galaxy Note only heavier and more expensive with a camera that's a little better. I also had several glitches that seem to have gone away on their own, but this is typical with any new Samsung product. Not sure if it will live up to all the hype or not, time will tell.

Came from a Galaxy S10 plus.... It's good same stuff but a lot faster. A lot better camera. Biggest issue is the Volume is on the right side. I know it's been like this for a few years now. But it's the biggest pain in the neck.
And no SD card slot. Which again hast been this way for a few years now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not worth upgrading to S23 Ultra

I would not have upgraded this from Note 20, if I had known that they removed the micro SD slot. This is the main reason i switched from iphone to android. rest of the the features are on par with the industry. Samsung camera is better than iphone, in my oipion.

Wish I knew this before I wasted my money. I had google phones for years but bought this phone for the superior camera. The talk text on the Samsung phones are infamous for not working properly. Every second! time I attempt to talk text, it stops after the first word. This is a known defect. There is no fix. If you like to talk text, as I do, stick to google phones.

Bixby may occasionally display an error message or not respond to your voice commands. Before anything else, make sure your device is connected to either a Wi-Fi or mobile data network. If it's connected but you're still experiencing issues, you will need to clear the data for all of Bixby's system apps. This article will help you reset your Bixby and may help you resolve what you have been experiencing with your Galaxy S23 Ultra's talk to text feature. If you have the s22 ultra stick with it. The glass for this s23 is very soft and will scratch if you breathe on it wrong, mine is fine so far but three people I know already have scratches after a couple of weeks.

I have gone the last 4 days putting my phone in rice until the moisture notification goes away, just for the notification to come back hours later. I am so sick of Samsung not allowing the phone I purchased to charge when I don't even take this thing the bathroom when I shower. I have cleaned the port and have not got any water in it. That's such a basic function of a mobile phone is being able to charge it. No, I am NOT being forced into buying a wireless charger that will probably have its own slew of issues just so you can make more money off of me. How did this make it through testing?!

I bought this a month ago and want to give it back...always with the ' connected without internet '. There is no enjoyment..most of the time I give up on waiting to reach a particular site because of this connectivity issue. I already know it has been affecting other buyers of this phone so why is it taking so long to come up with a fix for it.
