not worth the high price

I've had this phone for a month and can honestly say it's definitely not worth the hefty price. It's a very heavy phone, the camera is so -so for pictures, the video quality is terrible. Lots of glitches as well, Bluetooth problem, Android Auto problems, and issues with the screen shutting off very quickly, and lastly the phone charges very slowly. Save your money and buy something else.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. The Galaxy S23 Ultra weighs 234g and is equipped with 5 cameras: a 12MP Selfie Camera, a 12MP Ultra-Wide Camera, a 200MP Wide-angle Camera, a 10MP Telephoto Camera with 10x Optical Zoom and a second 10MP telephoto camera for 3x optical zoom. Low light selfies are AI enhanced for crisp detail and accurate color. Depth mapping enables faster focusing for selfies. And portraits at night are clearly defined thanks to AI-detected depth analysis. It offers 8K video recording at 30fps (7680 x 4320), 4K UHD video recording at 60fps (3840 x 2160), 1080p FHD video recording at 60fps (1920 x 1080), 720p HD video recording at 30fps (1280 x 720), and 4K HDR10+ video recording at 60fps (3840 x 2160) for resolution. The S23 Ultra also offers Super Steady QHD video support at 60fps, Super Slow-mo 1080p video support at 960fps, Portrait Video 4K video support at 30fps, Slow motion 1080p video support at 240fps, Hyperlapse 4K video support at 30fps, Director's View 1080p Video support at 30fps, High CRI LED Flash, Tracking AF, Astrolapse (Star trails) and front night Hyperlapse, Auto Framing, 60fps Super HDR, VDIS (Video Digital Image Stabilization), Digital zoom up to 20x, and High Bitrate. To say that your camera and video capabilities are awesome, would be an understatement! With Android Auto, you can now access the SmartThings app from your car! Just make sure you have the SmartThings app installed on your Galaxy phone so you can control your smart devices with a few taps. When you’re using Android Auto, the SmartThings app will appear on your car’s dashboard. With this feature, you won’t need to look at your phone to switch on your robot vacuum, start a load of laundry, or turn on the kitchen lights while you’re on the road. Just tap the SmartThings icon on your dashboard to open the app. Your chores can be done from the safety and comfort of your car before you even walk in the door. Check out the article that I have linked below for you titled, "Connect your Galaxy phone to a car" for more great information about using SmartThings with Android Auto. You can set the screen to turn off after a set amount of time. From Settings, tap Display > Screen timeout, and tap a time limit to set it. Prolonged display of non-moving images, excluding Always On Display, may result in permanent ghost-like afterimages or degraded image quality. Turn off the display screen when not in use. For your convenience, I have also included a link with your user manual below to help you get better acquainted with your device and its settings. If your Galaxy phone or tablet is draining quickly and doesn't seem to charge at all, doesn't charge past 85%, doesn't charge when connected to a PC, or doesn't charge when connected to Samsung DeX, there are a couple of things that may be causing the problem. For example, you may simply need to replace a worn out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger. Check out, "Galaxy phone or tablet will not charge" for a few simple troubleshooting steps that you can conduct when you have the time that may help you resolve what you have been experiencing with your device, linked below. Nice, but improve finger print sensor for biometic

Overall I am happy with this phone. There are many things that I really like about it. My only complaints is the fingerprint for biometrics is a real pain. Please improve this -- My previous phone was not a Samsung, and I disliked almost everything about it, but the biometric fingerprint was so much better, just a touch to the power button and it worked every time.

This phone was given to me as a gift and this is the Best gift ever I've been waiting to buy one and pow I have it. This phone does so much the camera has many Features. The pin is out of this world I had other phones with pind but this one takes the cake. I would Recommend anyone whom been looking to get this phone to go ahead and buy one you won't be disappointed. Im very happy.

My very good decision on investing on a camera phone. I started with S22 ultra and it is my workhorse camera during my family gathering and roadtrips to USA and Canada. It is small and compact fits in my pocket and need to bring bulky camera and lens. 512gb capacity is the sweet spot for photos and videos. The picture qualities are very good in most conditions. Decent shutter speed. Also this is a low light camera so less to no noise and sharp capture. I upgraded to S23 ultra because of the processor and memory. It is not perfect but I am very happy with this phone. Great investment.
